Hey guys. I have to make this quick.
I am at the hospital right now. Emily is doing great. Shes alert, and can talk. She keeps wanting to get out of bed, but we tell her shes not allowed. I feel so bad for her!
Her short term memory is still pretty bad. Its slowly getting better though.
Her eye sight is also a little better! All together God has totally answered our prayers.
The only thing is that the doctor couldn't get the whole tumor. He got 90% of it, but he couldnt get a little part. The surgery to remove it will be i 3-4 weeks, so just keep praying and hopefully the surgery wont even be needed!
Emily is very grateful for all your prayers, and so am I (and the rest of the fam.) Please continue to pray for Emily, and her healing and tumor. Thanks!

Partayy!!
Nothing went on yesterday... Emily went to the doctor but nothing new there.
I had to babysit Jenna and Lily this morning. It went really good! I had Jenna up for about 45 minutes max, and Emily helped me. Then I put her down for a nap and put on a movie! Easy money! Lily was surprisingly calm. Usually when shes with Ellie they are wild banchito's! (as dad would put it)
Last night some people that used to come to our church stopped by to talk to Emily. (The Shults) Mr. Greg told Emily a story that in 1996 he was being stupid and basically lit himself on fire! I wont go into details as he did, but it was really bad and really gross. Anyways, the doctors told him he would be in the Hospital for 60-90 days. They just couldnt have that. He would lose his job, and Mrs. Jenny didnt work. So they prayed. Then the doctors came and said it would be 30-60 days. But... they still couldnt have that, so they prayed. He was out of there in 11 days!! And working on the 13th day! When he was in the ICU he was getting up and walking around, that the nurses had to remind him that this was the ICU and he was suppose to be sick! Haha... I thought that was funny. So he told Emily that no matter what the doctors say that she just needs to trust in God. She needs to recieve that.
SO tonight is the church youth lock-in! Its going to be soooooooo fun! Its my first one ever. We stay up all night, and chinese auction, and other stuff. So I wont be blogging tomorrow most likely. I'll try if I have some more news about Emily, but I dont think we will.
So I am going to go. I'll tak to you guys later!

Surgery is Set!
God answered all of our prayers, and we have the surgery set up for Monday morning! It was really important that we got her in ASAP and he moved around appointments so she could get in. Now please specifically pray that the surgery goes great and recovery is quick. We want her home for Christmas!
We were at the doctors office all day yesterday. We left at 10 in the morning, and didnt get back till around 4! But atleast everything got taken care of.
Emily wants me to say she wont be blogging much these days. She says whenever she can she will. I am going to head off. I am helping her with homework today. Reading to her, and writing stuff down, etc..
Talk to you later!

The update
So.... again I havent posted in a while. Sorry!!
So you probably already know about Emily... I at first didn't know what to think. But then I was scared to death for her! Now I know that everything is going to be fine and that God will take care of everything. I just really hope they can do surgery on her soon! So please, please please keep her in your prayers!
Lately, I have been really focusing on piano and poetry. It keeps me sain! Both are things I love to do, so I think it helps me with everything going on. I write songs and poetry so its a way to kinda express everything out on paper. I hope I get a keyboard for Christmas though, so my family wont yell at me for playing the piano all the time :)
I was in our annual Christmas musical at church. I was "Mrs. Evans" the choir director! What fun! I didnt get the part I wanted, even though I did get the main part. We did 2 performances, one on Saturday night and one Sunday morning. I have been in so many plays since we've been in Aiken, that luckily I didnt even get nervous when it was show time. Haha
Meanwhile, I have been desperately begging mom and dad to let me get a dog!! Its not really working. They get mad when I send them pictures to their phone and via email.... :)
So theres my not-so-quick update. I'll really try harder to post more. Again, please pray for Emily. Thanks!
